OK so this is hands down my absolute favourite product from better than bread! After a few rough years and tried so many other options for my anxiety I can honestly say this drink has kept me sane! I am extremely happy with this product. It is quick and easy to make, tastes great and makes a big difference to the quality of my sleep. I have used it during the day too when I'm a bit over stimulated and it helps to calm me down too. I fall to sleep much quicker and sleep more soundly. The very first time I tried better sleep, I literally had the best sleep I’ve had in years. I had been waking up multiple times throughout the night every night, until I had a better sleep hot choc before bed.
