DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Better Than Bread delivers Australia wide only. We are currently not shipping outside of Australia.

We ship with Australia Post and other freight service providers from time to time. We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

NOTE: Please note that once orders have been dispatched, they are in the hands of our freight provider (e.g Australia Post) and are out of our control. You will be provided tracking details for your order where you can communicate directly with courier with any queries.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An e-mail confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please check your spam filter if you have not received it within half an hour of placing order. If you have not received it after this, please email us immediately.

Please note, all orders are currently "ATL - Authority To Leave" unless specified by you. This means the courier will place your order in a "safe" location on your premises. If the area is not "safe", it will be taken back to the depot for you to arrange re-delivery or pick up at your expense if required.

Please allow between 24-48 hours for us to process your order. We process orders Monday to Friday only.

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders will come with automatic tracking with a direct link. If you have opt in for your mobile phone, you'll also receive an SMS (Australian customers only).  If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at hello@betterthanbread.com.au.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been processed & dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected: 

Standard/Free Shipping: 3-10 Business Days

Express Shipping: 2-4 Business Days 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.


ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS

  • Orders under $200 are charged at the shipping rate displayed at checkout

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Only items purchased on the Better Than Bread website can be returned to
us directly for a refund or exchange. Items purchased through our retail
partners must be returned to the original point of purchase to discuss
the option of either a refund, credit, or exchange depending on what the
individual store offers. In special circumstances, where a retail
partner is cooperative, we may intervene to assist with a resolution
where appropriate.

Please double check your order before placing it. Returned items must be
unopened and in their original, saleable condition. Customers are
responsible for return postage and any additional shipping charges.

We take great care when packing your order. If your item arrives
damaged, please contact Better Than Bread as soon as possible so we can
assess and arrange a replacement where appropriate. We require clear
photos of the damage for assessment. Please do not discard any products
until we have advised you on the next steps.
