I am extremely happy with this product. It is quick and easy to make, tastes great and makes a big difference to the quality of my sleep. I have used it during the day too when I'm a bit over stimulated and it helps to calm me down too. I fall to sleep much quicker and sleep more soundly. I absolutely notice my sleep being more restless and wakeful when I have forgotten to take it. Thanks so much for this excellent product!

The very first time I tried better sleep, I literally had the best sleep I’ve had in years. I had been waking up multiple times throughout the night every night, until I had a better sleep hot choc before bed. Honestly the sheets hadn’t even moved, I woke up in almost the same position I fell asleep in. 100% recommend!!! 🙌🏻

Absolutely love the Better Sleep chocolate bedtime drink I now try and have every night.
